"I have never experienced customer service this terrible. Not only did she lie about the coverage she signed me up for, effectively stealing my money, when I attempted to confront her and her team about it, I was met with denial and refusal to acknowledge any wrongdoing whatsoever. I asked about five separate times to speak to her supervisor, denied 4 times before she admitted that I would have to contact the corporate offices to lodge a complaint. Since State Farm didn't even respond to my complaints, I filed a case with the South Carolina Department of Insurance Office of Consumer Affairs. Brooke and her team do not operate with any ethical code whatsoever, I hope the state revokes her license to prevent further theft."
